5 minutes very easy spin, just to get the legs turning, then do 6 minutes, gradually building power to @325w in 1 minute steps, folowed by 2 minutes easy spin.
Then do 3 x 12 minute sets like this...

3 mins @340w
2 mins @360w
1 min @390w
Try ro do the entire set in solid aero position - we're looking tom see how well you can control a rising power delivery while maintaining form towards the end of a TT effort
