About this workout
3x 20 minute "Steve Neal Fatmax" workout using the game changing HR+ function. The "rules" say 85% FTP with a 83% HR max cap in place. In this workout, Trainer Day's game changing HR+ function is used to implement the cap by controlling the power. The HR targets are set to ~81% of my HR max. You should change the targets to reflect your own HR max. You may, or may not, find that your power drifts up or down versus the 85% target as the workout progresses. HR+ will keep in you in the target metabolic zone throughout. Use a lower cadence than you usually use. Maybe -5 rpm, or even -10 rpm
