About this workout

Develop recovery in between efforts - Improves general fitness - Help climb, attack and chase down the break - Increase capacity to repeat high power efforts - Improve cardio efficiency Use this workout to play with your cadence. For the first x3 Zone 5 efforts, choose your cadence of preference. For the 4th effort, REDUCE your cadence by 15%. How does that feel? Then for the 5th, INCREASE your cadence by 15% off the ORIGINAL number. How's that? Then return to the original for the final x2 efforts and assess. Do you feel more/less comfortable adjusting your favoured cadence either way? ------------- Looking for a cycle coach?
